1.Your personal information will not be passed on to any thirds parties without your permission.
2. All 'Estimates' or 'Quotes' are an estimation of costs, expenses and labour of works to be completed as set out in your estimate or quote. Any extra works not in the 'Original Desciption' may incurr additional charges, these extra works will be in the 'Not in Original Description' section on your final invoice and you may or may not be notified prior to the delivery of the 'Invoice'.
3. All 'Guarantees' either written or given verbally are only valid once the works have been completed and full payment has been recieved unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing. 'Guarantees' are only valid if payment of the 'Invoice' is paid in full within 30 days of the date on the 'Invoice' that is assoiciated with your 'Guarantee'. If payment is not made within the 30 day period the 'Guarantee' will be null and void.
4. 'BL Carpentry and Floorings' reserves the right to stop any works which they deem are to dangerous or unessercary at any point without prior notice. 'BL Carpentry and Floorings also reserve the right to cancel any works due to illness or for any other reason which renders them unable to carry out works.
5. All deadlines, given by/given to, 'BL Carpentry and Floorings' for works to be completed , are/are to be, estimated and 'BL Carpentry and Floorings' accepts no responsibility for any circumstances that may occurr due to deadlines not being met.
